Help Can't install any apps

Rooski

Newbie
So a few days ago my phone stopped letting me install any apps. It will download them and then just run the install process forever and never get anywhere. Then a few hours later will say it's installing but never install. I thought it was my phone not having enough memory so didn't really think too much of it. Then tonight I go to use my husband's phone, both of us have the HTC ONE from Sprint, and his is doing the exact same thing. Any ideas how to fix this? Anyone else having the same issue??

Thanks in advance.

First try this
Settings>Apps>Manage Apps> and find the Play Store app then clear data/cache on the app. See if that clears things up.

If doesn't work try this

Back up everything using sync. Then go to menu, settings, accounts,Google, hit your gmail.com account at the top, then remove account. After this you will need to sign back into your gmail account. Everything should work fine after that.

If doesn't work try this

Try and reset your router sounds strange but may work, make sure you have all your connections details.
