Root Can't install anything on my CM9

I installed CM9 on my wildfire s but I couldn't find any explorer or google market on it...
Is there any way to install apk progs or they basically delivered a non-evolutive rom???
U have to separately install the ISC Gapps They recommend these due to some bugs on other versions, Here:Goo.im Downloads - Downloading gapps-ics-20120317-signed.zip
If you're having issue's installing apps do what i did, Install Rom Manager app and use the Fix Permissions within the app. Emulator for some reason wasn't working with the fix_permission command. That fix that issue for me, good luck.
