Can't install custom ROMs

I'm not sure what went wrong, but for a few months I've been flashing custom ROM's trying to decide which one I like best. I've not had a single problem until this last week or so. Suddenly every time I try to flash a file, I get an error message telling me the file is bad. It doesn't matter what file it is, I always get that message. I'm attaching my info and a screenshot of the screen after trying to flash new file.

Try using EL26 or EL29 Recovery that is CWM. Some ROMs will have issue with flashing from the Agat tREC. For everything except CM11 I would just be in the habbit of carrying the EL26 and EL29 kernels in zip and/or tar format to put in your phone before trying to flash to another ROM.
