Root Cant install Gapps CM7.2 stable

Phone was all messed up. so i decided to unroot using guides here and reroot. that went fine. Rooted using the amon ra method and still fine. installed stable cm7 and the superwipe tool. zip the gapps file and it just keeps going to hboot screen every time i try to reboot

no you need to flash the superwipe first then the rom. what is happening is that afte you flash the rom, the superwipe wipes the rom away. also make sure that you wipe before flashing the rom as well. do not rely solely on superwipe to do the wiping. it is used in ddition to wiping everything but the sd card.

Superwipe does just that......wipes everything. It wiped away the ROM after you flashed it

thank you. been driving me crazy. i flashed rom then checked out to make sure everything was ok. bootloader then superwipe. then gapps. guess i didnt need to just the wipe option in amon ra. Thank you very much

just go to the flashing section. also make sure that you have made a nandroid backup as well.
