Help Cant Install Kies Mini

vista 32 bit, install gets all the way to the end and pops up with an error saying check with windows installer or msdn.......please help!!!!
 
i have rebooted everything multiple times...

getting the error message: error1935.an error occurred during the installation of assembly component {74fd3ce6-2a8d-0e9c-a01f}.HRESULT: 0x800736b3
