Root Can't install some apps on hybrid v3 rom...:/

i have installed hybrid v3 rom on mmx a70...i love this rom, bt many times i face this prob, i cant some apps like Skitch, Quickoffice, Kascend, SMS Backup nd many others...Is there a way to fix it..?? I cleaned Dalvik cache nd all...whats d prob...??? plzzzzz help :/

Please share the exact error that comes while installing them !!

when i install though an apk, it just says "Application not installed", and when trying 2 install through Market it says "Package file error"...Facing this only in hybrid v3, v1.2 nd 1.2.1 are fyn....

-Wipe dalvik cache and try to install .

-If still shows same error flash the rom again
