Help can't load apps

When I try to load a free app from app store , I get this window,,,,,,,,, there was an error purchasing app. Please click here to add an address to your acct. ,,,,,,,,this will open your browser,,,,,,,, and try,again.

I click on click here, and it brings up my, your acct page. With kindle payment settings, but no further instructions what to do to fix the situation.

My wife uses the Square credit card reader. On our cellphones the android app for it works great. Does any one know if the Square will work on the new Kindle fire HD?
