Help cant log into facebook

I had my phone logged into Facebook for Android. I tried logging into my Facebook for HTC sense, but it wouldn't let ne log in. So I logged out of the Android Facebook. Now I can't log into either of them. Anyone else have this problem?

try and go to both in setting/app/manage app/and select clear data and cache if any.
