Can't make a call while flash is on.

I'm getting pretty annoyed with my phone lately. I'll turn my "flashlight" app on and off, and then try to make a phone call, but it says "unable to make calls when flash is turned on". I have to restart the phone whenever it does this just to make a call. Anyone else have this problem?

I get this sometimes and haven't turned on the "flashlight"...

I get "unable to use flashlight while a call is in progress"...or something like that...when I try and turn on the flashlight...

And have to restart...

I also get the "unable to use flashlight during phone call" or something along those lines. Forces me to reboot to fix.
