Hey, so I've been using my phone for the last few hours just customizing things, shooting out emails etc. then, someone called me, i answered, and it connected, but i could not hear anyone.
after some troubleshooting, this is what i've concluded:
if i call someone non-speaker phone, neither the other party or myself can hear each other, even though it is connected.
if i am on speaker phone, they can hear me, i cannot hear them
on bluetooth it's fine, i can hear them and they can hear me.
i just got the phone, and i cant send or receive calls?!?! i talked to verizon tech dept, and they were like, whoa that's weird, and read me some tips and tricks on calling that is in the pamphlet that came with the phone. they said to do a factory reset. i really think it should be working, i've spent the past 6 hours customizing it, and i really dont want to reset everything, in hopes it "might" fix the problem. anyone else have any input or similar experience?
