I was making phone calls with no problem and then a few minutes later I tried making another one, but instead a "can't send" or "can't dial" pop up appeared. This happened a few times and after that the message stopped, but I still wasn't able to make calls until I restarted the phone. Does anyone know why this happened? Is this normal?
