Help Can't make/recieve calls, *611 calls Alltel, not Verizon

Phone shows bars but no 3g and won't make/receive calls or access the internet. *611 takes me to Alltel (WTH?) and they request my phone number, when I enter my number I get a message that my area is now served by Verizon, and to call 1-866-PREPAID. This phone is on Verizon postpaid.

Everything was working fine on SuperClean DL30 last night, and then I switched to DL30Rubiks and Transparent Myst Theme and lost my connection to Verizon. I've tried restoring the SuperClean Nandroid, and also a fresh install of SuperCleanDL30, but the problem persists. I installed the new red CWM and tried the restores again, also with no luck. I tried to restore an older DJ05 Nandroid, but it wouldn't boot. So I flashed back to SuperCleanDL30 and used Heimdall to reflash the DJ05 radio. Still no connection to Verizon. Now what?

I'm trying to Odin (Heimdall) to official stock DL09, but it's been stuck on the reboot (just says SAMSUNG) for 20 minutes now. I wonder if the issue is due to the different CWM recoveries, although I flashed the DL09 recovery with the rest of that package. Does the reboot after a flash back to stock ever take longer than 30 minutes?

EDIT - DL09 never booted, restored DI01 and the activation screen popped up to reprogram the phone. After pressing 1 and accepting programming, I now can make calls and use data.

And then the SD card couldn't read. Pulled card, rebooted, then re-inserted card.
Then a force close loop, so Odin'd the DI01 again, etc. etc.

Bounced back up to DL09 Radio and DH30 SuperClean, Back in Business ....
