Help Cant open or send pics

Probably been asked a million times. I cannot open any pic sent to me and I cannot send pics.....asks fpr my mobile data to be on!! I tuen it on and it still wont aend...sits there forever trying with the blue circle. These are p[ics taken on my phone
Ive only had the phone a week so please put answers really simply.....thanks in advance

Check your APN settings in wireless mobile settings.

Try turning on airplane mode, then turning it off again.

As above it does sound like the APN settings need configuring (which vary depending on the carrier you're with)

Best bet maybe just to google the APN settings for the network you're on and just check they're ok bud

Mine didnt work till I turned the Data Network Mode off and on again while not being wireless conected

Are you talking about MMS or E-Mail. MMS does require Data to be on. It is the nature of the beast.
