I bought a Galaxy Nexus a week ago and am having an annoying problem. I often use a Bluetooth headsheet with A2DP to listen to podcasts, music and streaming radio on my headset. In addition, I have a Jawbone Jambox bluetooth speaker which I use when travelling. For both these (and a third old bluetooth headset) I have the same problem:
- I can pair and connect fine.
- When I go into Settings -> Bluetooth -> specific device, I can see that Phone Audio and Media Audio are connected successfully.
- I can use the headset or speaker fine for a phone call.
- However, when I play media audio, I don't hear it on the headsets or speaker that's connected. If I turn up or down the volume it shows a bluetooth symbol - so the phone seems to think its playing through audio. But even with the volume on the phone and device at full - I still hear absolutely nothing!
(By the way - the headsets and speaker work fine with my last Galaxy SII and with my iPad).
Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated. I've been searching online and can't seem to find anyone else who has had this problem?
Thanks,
Donal
