Root Can't Reactivate on Fresh Rom

My EVO 4G is running the latest Fresh Rom. Been running this rom for a while but now want to give my daughter this phone but can't activate it for her. What do I need to do? Can I make it stock again? Thanks.

well the fresh rom is pretty old, but you should be able to get the phone activated as it is a sense rom. what is exactly happening?

Nothing happens when I try to reset the programming of the phone number /etc using this:


To program a used phone:
On the dial pad, press ##786 followed by an additional # symbol
Follow any on-screen prompts to Reset your phone
Enter the 6-digit code
Select Reset
Confirm any on-screen Reset to default messages
After the reset, press ## followed by the 6-digit code, followed by an additional # symbol (Example: ##123456#) Note: The last # entered will not show on the display

Problem solved. Had to load MikG latest rom in order to get activation codes to run to reset the phone number. Copied ROM to SD and loaded with CWM.
