Can't Reflash (Resolved)

I have the Kocaso model M762B. I have tried their way of Reinstalling the OS and I have tried the way of Live Suit and i just can not seem to get the reflashing (or reinstalling to work) I try their way
and I end up with an error screen that says
"Sprite update error: Fail to get envirement"
"Sprite update error" Current card sprite failed"
"Now hold the machine"
and i also get this irritating clicking sound.
Any Suggestions on how I can get this thing to reflash?

welcome to the forums!!!!!!!!!!

i wish i can help you as i never heard about this device before. many off brand tablets will not get support or support for it will be hard to find.

what exactly did you do? is it rooted?

Wish I knew what i did. The Battery died during a update (did not realize my battery was that low). I am not sure if its rooted-but i did find the forum post that explains that and-am currently working on that.

and thanks for the welcome :)
 
To Add-I try and boot it-i get the Android Logo Screen (NOT the one that says Android though) and then it goes to the Kocaso screen, and it holds up there. does nothing (had it there over night)

yeah this is not good. having the battery go out while is updating is not what you would want to happen.......it is possible you might have bricked it. not sure what to do at this point.....sorry:(

I read elsewhere that bricking means it does nothing, but this is not the case. it DOES turn on..but after that nothing (as said in pervious post-i get the Android Robot Logo (Normal one) and the Kocaso Logo Screen)
 
We Can Consider This Resolved (In Part) Due to the fact that I sent it back to the seller for replacement. Thanks for All The Help Anyways :)
