Cant register exchange sync after doing nandroid backup, any help please

ok heres the deal, i have my work email on my hero. i set it up before i rooted flashed fresh 1.1 and installed gumbo kernal. i installed nandroid backup last night and ever since, i can no trecieve or send and email. it says theres an authentication error. i called our customer support and all my info to set it up is correct. the acct is for yum brands in case anyone has anymore info. thanks, and any and all help will be appreciated

I've had this. Clear the data for "Mail" under Manage Applications system settings. Then re-enter your exchange info to set up the account again.

I've had that happen also. What worked for me was checking the "login required" box in the "outgoing" server set up....
