Help Can't Remove an App from my SGS2

Bit of a conundrum.

I downloaded an app, Street View by Google, from the app Market to my SGS2, but a funny thing happened. It doesn't show anywhere on my phone and I only see it when I visit "My Apps" in the app market. Funnier still is the fact there is no way to delete it from there. There is an option that says "open" but when I try clicking on it there is zero response. Also there is no usual option to delete, it's just not there.

I am at a loss. I can't use it or delete it:confused:

Any advice on how to get rid of it would be appreciated.

I am a bit confused. I have never encountered Street View as an independent application, but rather a feature in Google Maps. It came included in the Google Maps on my SGS2.

Go into Maps, and click on where it is showing where you are, or where you are going . When it pops up, click the address. Street View is then an option as well as Map, Directions, or call.

Does it show in task manager, downloads? If so you can remove from there.

No, not showing in Task Manager.

This advice has worked and has allowed me to see and use Street View:) Cheers for that! And going by MadiZone's comments I can only imagine it was always there but I never noticed it before.

Going back to the app.

It seems others too are experiencing the same problem. If you search "Street View on Google" in the app Market you'll see what I mean. The comments by Patrick (my name) are mine from yesterday.

But as things stand within the app Market the app says "installed" and of course it is as demonstrated above, but it cannot be uninstalled from there. I am guessing because I tried downloading something that presumably was already in my system that some sort of conflict has occurred.
