Root Can't remove sd.ext on Amon-ra or Clockwork

The title is basically my entire problem. I partitioned my SD card and now I want to remove the partition. The thing is, neither Amon-ra or Clockwork will remove it. Solutions?
 
You have to reformat using either recovery, and set your swap and your partition both to 0. make a ver batim copy of your SD card to your computer first. After the card is formatted copy the sd card contents back to the card.

Or you can use your computer to format it.
Save all your files first.. LOL:D

So in essence, format the SD card and make a new partition that is zero?
