Root Cant remove System Apps?

Sorry if this has been post before, but i cant remove system apps. Yes i am Rooted and i tried to remove them with Titanium Backup. but when it reboots the android with the yellow triangle appears and i get this error
Finding update package..
E: unknown volume for path [SYSTEM:app/ AdobeReader.apk]
E: cant mount system: app/adobereader.apk
Installation aborted.
Any help? i cant seem to remove any app like that ?

Here's what to do, download Root Explorer and once opened, click the white button at the top that says mount as r/o. press it to mount to r/w. next scroll down to system. in the system folder click on 'app' press the menu button and select 'multi-select' from there just click on any app you want removed and either delete it for good or paste it to a folder in your SD car.

Um, that's a bit more complex.

Ally, how are you trying to delete in Ti? There are actually two methods you can use.
 
You want to bcareful of which apps you remove you might just mees up your phone bcuz sum are needed in oreder for your phone to operate...they tie sum system apps into the sense UI so be very careful what you remove...
