Ok, so I'm trying to repair my sister's Xperia X8. I don't have much experience with this phone (I prefer HTC phones). When turned on, the home screen process stops and needs force closed. Force closing it only causes the force close popup to come back.
I've tried using PC Companion to update/repair it, but every time I get to the part when I have to unplug it from the computer and plug it back in again whilst holding down the back arrow, the phone turns on and gets stuck on the Sony Ericsson screen, it's been like this a few hours now.
I've also tried to reset it by holding down the outside front buttons whilst holding the power button, same thing happens.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

EDIT: Nevermind, it just, worked. Dunno what I did different, it just worked this time.
