When I try to restore a backup it doesnt do anything. It just blinks when I click restore. Also when I flash stock deodexed rom it keeps getting stuck on VM logo or HTC White screen. PLEASE HELP!!

This Device Right for TWRP2 HTC EVO 3D (CDMA)
TeamWin Projects - TWRP 2.1 | TeamWin

flash it through goo manager app from the market..there is a thread in here from a few days back with directions on how to..just be careful make sure you transfer your backups you have to your pc..

edit..here ya go

Open GooManagerHit Menu softkeySelect "Install OpenRecoveryScript"Once it is done, boot into recovery and see TWRP2
I immediately made a backup with it because I am not sure if it is compatible with my backups from 4EXT.

My phone wont Boot to system its stuck on HTC logo. I flashed TWRP 2 and it didn't work. Now i'm trying 4ext, but I cant find a .img of the recovery so I can flash it with my computer.

what exactly did you do bro?

te directions are really simple.you didnt need a computer to flash either recovery..you use the respected app of one or the other and flash the recovery..

I tried to flash to stock rom (deodexed) after it installed I rebooted it then it wouldn't start.

so do you have a recovery to boot into or no? im confused

boot into hboot...then see if you have a recovery option if you dont...i would drop the twrp1 recovery image back intl your sdk folder then..get into fastboot and flash a recovery back into your recovery partition..hopefully you have a rom or two on your sd still..flash one of them after a full wipe..(not your sd card though)..then boot back into recovery and make a backup before you try flashing a recovery again

Did you try wiping your cache, dalvik, and do a factory reset before flashing the deodexed stock rom?

I've had bootloops messing with other roms, but doing a full wipe and flashing stock rom from TWRP 1.1 has always worked as a fallback.
