Cant run games properly

I use Micromax A62. OS -GB. I would like to play Subway Surfers, Temple Run 2.......these games run very well just after reboot, before running other apps. But after I use other apps for sometime, it doesn't work properly. Sometimes the game quits and goes to home, sometime phone restarts.......is there any solutioon to this??

Hi there and welcome to Android forums!

I've merged your duplicate threads into one and moved it into the Android lounge since we don't have a dedicated forum for your device.

Have you checked to see how much free memory you have after opening other apps to see if your phone can run all of these at once?

Tried a factory reset?

Get a new phone? Those games are pretty demanding, and it works ok after a reboot because many of your apps aren't loaded as processes yet. I remember when I used to try Subway Surfers on my old Galaxy S: I can't have any battery saver app, launcher app, or whatever extra app running in the background for it to run smoothly.

I tried a factory reset. But its not working. I always have upto 80 mb free ram. And I have installed only two other apps like UC browser, Adobe reader. I also tried FMR memory cleaner.....

If thats it then, I will buy a new phone. And till then I will keep restarting my phone whenever I want to play those games.....

Its been covered already but excuse my kicking of a dead horse..

Get a new device. Although it may cut out of your funds more, it will greatly improve your use.

I didn't research this device before replying earlier, I'll agree with most everyone else. Considering how low specced this device is, yeah it's not really suitable to run games like this on an average basis without encountering bugs or mess ups along the way.

My advice, when your looking to purchase a new device, even cheap devices (like the moto g for instance) is a very budget friendly device that is very capable of running games like this and then some more.

Nah not really. Are there any custom roms/kernels for your phone? Over-clocking is probably the only way to squeeze a bit more performance out of it :(

Wow I just had a look at your phone's specs and I really don't want to make you feel bad but I can see why it's struggling with those games. I'm surprised it even runs them to be honest lol. Those are really outdated specs. As Dragon Slayer said, you should check out the Moto G. That little phone is far more advanced and the screen is bigger than yours

I don't think there will be any custom kernels for your phone

Micromax is an Indian manufacturer, sure their main market is India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, etc. What the OP has got, the Micromax Bolt A62, despite its rather modest specs and GB 2.3 is a current phone, released last year. Things like Nexus, Motorola, etc, might not be easily available and/or can be horribly expensive in many emerging markets. Those markets are usually completely dominated by budget Chinese devices.

True. Isn't the moto g pretty global though?
I chat to a few Indian guys with s3s.
S3 is a good phone that's becoming a bargain. It will run any game you throw at it
