Help Can't scroll down page on browser

[justsaytim]

I am trying to pull up a page that is a search screen. My friends can pull up on iphone but I have tried multiple browsers on my Droid X and it won't let me scroll to the bottom of the page, which is where you would enter a search. the page is Browse View Frame page

Any help would be appreciated. I have tried the stock browser and Dolphin.

Worked for me in Browser and Dolphin. It does load the entire right frame, so the page is very long! Do you see the scroll indicator on the right side of the screen. It will be VERY small since the page is so long. Just keep flicking, watching the scroll indicator, till you get to the bottom of the screen.

I think you are just viewing the left frame which is blank after the Table of Contents, so it LOOKs like you're not scrolling.

Just tried it, I could get to the search bar with stock browser. Maybe you were looking at mobile version of the site.
