Help Can't See Sd Card Apps After Installing Cyanogenmod

Hello!
This is my first post on these forums, so if I'm posting in the wrong place, bare with me :)

Long story short: Since Samsung decided to abandon S2 updates, I decided to install CyanogenMod.
So I took a full backup with Kies (realised that I can't recover from it, but I'm able to move most of the information out manually from the backup so that doesn't matter much), copied all user installed apps with TitaniumBackup on the internal memory to my SD card.
I didn't think it was necessary to backup the apps on my SD card (Which I moved with App2SD).

I downloaded the installer from their website (can't link to it yet) and plugged out my SD card before I began installation.
(Thought it was the most safe choice since I got most stuff backed up there).

At first there were some connection problems (Couldn't talk to your phone!) but a Windows restart + battery plug out solved it.
It installed w/o problems. So I plugged my SD card in again, but it didn't recognize any of my apps on the SD card.
I tried install App2SD and it can't see any apps on the sd, + the android app manager can't see any either.

After doing some research, I found out that App2SD doesn't move the apps to the SD card, only a part of it.
Is it possible to recover some of the data from the .android_secure folder where App2SD stores the app data?

All replies are appreciated :)
Best regards,
TGS

EDIT: After doing more research, it turns out that it's not possible to recover from the .android_secure folder.
