Help Can't see web page content

My screen for viewing the web is 95% white - it's like a white panel is stuck on top of the web screen - I can see the url/address box, and a 2mm strip across the bottom, and when I can get my fingers into one of these I can 'see' that the page has loaded or is scrolling, but the content is hidden 'behind' this plain white screen. This only happens in the web browser - games, apps, phone and sms are all working as normal. My wife has the same phone without this problem, and I've checked that all our settings are identical, but that hasn't helped - it'd be great if you could!!!

Did you ever resolve this? I cleared my cache yesterday and now I have the same problem. I can't seem to find a post with a solution
