Help Can't Send MMS

I did a factory reset on my Inc... again. For some reason I have to follow the steps found here in order to get my data connection back. I noticed that the Mobile Directory Number (MDN) is not editable this time around. Should it be?

The problem I have is that I can not send MMS (picture mesaage). I can send\receive SMS and receive MMS. Just can't send MMS. I get "Invalid Destination Address". Anybody have any ideas how to fix this. I'm entering the numbers correctly. I called customer support and they walked me through their script of factory reset.

dial *228 and update the roaming options, try erasing the message and send again
are you able to receive mms?
are you able to receive sms?
are you able to send sms?

you may have to wipe data/cache in your messages app

you can do that in the settings menu, under applications, manage applications, and all.
