Help Can't send or recieve MMS messages on Orange (UK)

Hi peeps

My sister in law tried to send my wife a MMS message and she can't download it (a picture). Since then my wife has tried to send one her self and it won't send.
I don't really use it myself but I have tried and mine doesn't work either. Both have GS2 on orange.
Have contacted orange but they were near next to useless on this occasion (must say normally quite good at solving problems).

We both have the latest firmware and the units are generic from CPW.

Any suggestions?

Do you have any apps running that restricts your data connection like a battery saver? Or do you have data deactivated?

Tried both of those already.

I have fixed it though.
I went to Orange Setup and download the settings. Not sure why it works and the ones orange sent through when I was on the phone to them didn't

Both mine and wife's phones are work
