Can't send or recieve MMS

So I am having issues sending/recieving MMS messages. And for the life of me can not figure out why.

My carrier was sending me a SMS and this did automatically set my phone for MMS
Ask your carrier too.

In message settings, scroll down to bottom and set max message size too 300Kb, worked for me.

I've been having issues since rooting but have managed to get it to recieve (I don't send them as use email) and I have to change my selected apn setting from mobile web to postpay mms. And I also use go SMS. This is on o2 by the way
