Help Can't send photos from my Legend

I try to send photos using my HTC Legend. When i try to send someone a pic it says permanent fatal error, then it tries to resend over and over. I've talked to my cellphone company and they say my mms is set up and active. any ideas?

I think it sends it over 3G so you haven't stopped your phone from using 3G have you?

here's your answer, u need APN for it to go through

just go to your settings>Wireless&Networks>Mobile Networks>Access Point Name, once your inside click on manu then > New APN, then go to that website above and follow the steps for MMS fields
