Root Cant send pic message

Ever since I rooted my phone I am unable to send or receive pic messages. I was wondering if there is a way to fix it or if anyone else had the same issue.

I'm using IncRom for my rom if that makes a difference

I believe I read somewhere about it making a difference whether or not you're connected to wifi. If you're connected to wifi try turning it off and see if it will send.

I've had this problem off and on also after rooting. I usually have to try sending a couple times or have the other person re-send their message. I don't have a better solution for you than that, sorry. I'll have to try the wifi toggling next time to see if that helps.

Try a different rom or reloading the rom you are using now after doing a full wipe WITHOUT restoring anything with titanium and see if you still have the problem.

I had this issue also once or twice. The thing that usually got it for me, was I just installed the stock mms package and it usually worked. If you want to try it you can get under rom manager, then download, then virtuous, then restore apps/revert.

What I had to do was go into Titanium Backup and delete [SMS/MMS] Dialer Storage (or something like that) then reinstall my ROM making sure that wasn't reinstalled.
