Help Can't send/receive MMS

I need some help.

I turned my data off for a day to test battery life and see how long I could do. Turned data back on and now I can't send MMS.

I deleted the cache last night and then it worked. Turned the phone on today and now I can't send MMS again.

I checked all the settings, I don't see anything that's changed. All I originally did was toggle data to off then back on and then this happened.

Anyone have a suggestion?

stupid question. But are you in "good" coverage area or a fringe area?

Sure, move wherever. I didn't know where to put it, figured maybe it was something specific with ICS at the least.

Also, yes, in a good area, full bars.

Ok what method did you use to turn your data off and then turn it back on?
