Help cant send texts or calls

got AT&T S4... i cannot send texts or make phone calls. Strangely enough the data works perfectly. So i can browse the web, play games... hotspot.. but i cannot make calls ot texts... anyone know whats up? I have updated my PLR and my profile

I would take that into the store and get them to check the SIM Card.
