Can't send video's on text messages

I have no problems receiving or sending pictures but I can't send any video's

Did you make sure to record in a MMS format? Often if you record in HD it wont let you send those video's because they are very large.

where do you find the setting for MMS mode?

In the video recording mode, a button that says High, press it and a drop down thing will come up, tap the one that says MMS and then record a video
