Help Cant send videos via MMS.

Hello. No matter the video setting for length, or quality when I go to send a video via MMS, it says its too large. Even when its a 1 second video. Any ideas to help? BTW its the Droid incredible running 2.2.

same issue for me.

Also when I receive text messages I cant a ringtone to work. The ringtone starts then a loud DING stops the ringtone.
