Can't send videos?!

I can't send videos from my HTC incredible 2. This is the first time in almost a year of having it that I've even tried. First tried to send a video of 14 sec. Then one of 10s, then one of 3 sec. Still cannot send any. Is there an option I'm not checking? I keep getting "Message size limit reached:Sorry, you cannot attach this to your message."
 
Just figured it out. Apparently, any resolution setting above "low" is too large of a file to send no matter is it's 2 seconds long or 20. Ugh.
