Can't set ringtones

[sp17fire]

I have followed a lot of online tutorials on how to set ringtones, but theres just one problem: There's no ringtone option in the sound settings of my tablet. I have and Ematic EGP007 Tablet running 4.0.4. My short mp3 ringtones are in Media>audio>ringtones

This is what my settings looks like:

Settings
-Sound
--Volumes
--Touch Sounds
--Screen lock sound

Nothing else in the sound settings
