Help can't share to picasa

for some reason, when I want to share a picture, I get picasa as an option but when I try to use it, it just keeps asking me to add a google account. I try and I get told that this account already exists on my phone. I'm stuck. Anyone know how to properly get picasa to accept a picture?

ok, well this seemed to fix itself after about 2 days. Finally the phone/picasa realized I had an account...who knows.
