Help Can't sign into WiFi galaxy 2 10.1

So I can locate a WiFi signal no problem. However the ones I need to sign into, I can't. I've been thru all the setting I know, and I don't know how to set a browser to pop up so I can sign in like my phone. Oh and I did disable pop up blocker.

I moved your post to the galaxy tab 2 10.1 section to get you some better help.

In the past for me when I signed into WiFi that needed a browser to accept the terms of use I could open any browser and the terms would show up before I was able to use the wifi. Sometimes it was automatic but most I had to manually open the browser.

Yea I tried that with no luck. And thanks for helping out!

Maybe try a different browser?
Normally, the browser opens automatically for me. (chrome)

Yea I tried both with no success. Samsung blamed the place I was trying to connect to. But I told them its everywhere I have to sign into. They had nothing to say after that.
