Help Can't stop Talkback as not available in Settings

I was surprised to see an update available the other day and I updated. Still on 4.1.2. I think it started then but I now have a Talkback icon on my bar and when I drag it down it says Talkback is activated Tab to go to accessibility settings. But when I do there is no sign of Talkback in the Settings so I can't turn it off. Any ideas please?

If the option is not in accessibility in the main settings and there is no option to turn off the only thing I can suggest is a factory reset.
If you do a reset I would make sure all info is backed up so you don't loose anything.

Thanks for the suggestion but having done a reset relatively recently I really don't want to do another especially as there is no guarantee that it would work.

Yes, looks like I'm stuck with it unless I reset. I don't think it's causing any harm, it's just irritating.
