Help can't sync bookmark with Chrome

In my Mac, and I've enabled syncingoin on Chrome. On my Xoom, I enabled the syncing and choose the same account. That in turn deleted all my bookmark on the Xoom and didn't sync anything...

Now what?
 
On xoom go to settings -> applications -> browser clear data and cache. Go back into browser settings and choose sync android bookmarks and szam.
 
Sorry to bring up an old post, but I figured better than starting a new one.

I've tried the suggestion here and everything in the similar Galaxy Nexus thread, but still can't get my bookmarks to sync. Anyone else found a different way to solve this problem?
