Can't sync photos

Hi guys,

I've been trying in vain to sync photos from my PC to my new HTC Desire C using the HTC Sync Manager, but I get a message saying there is not enough room on my phone for them, though I have installed an 8gb sd card. They all fit fine on a 1gb card on my old phone! I would be extremely grateful for any advice!

Hi 1963chris. My guess is that it's trying to sync the files to your phone storage and not the SD storage and thus the reported shortage of space. Personally I've never used a sync software but you might look to see if there are options available to where you want the files to be stored. Another option available to you is to connect your phone to your pc via the usb cable and bring up your pc local browser and simply copy the files you want off of your pc to your phone. This way you can dictate where you are putting the files as well as what files you want copied. Just a thought. In any event, I hope you get the files you want onto your phone.
