Can someone help me uninstall a widget-lock screen widget? When I try to uninstall it says uninstall failed. Any ideas?

That error should only come up for stock widgets/apps in an unrooted device.
If it's a Market or other acquired app, and your device is not rooted, you can uninstall it by going into application manager and selecting it and clicking the uninstall button, or you can drag the widget/app to the trash can and hold it there until the "drop to uninstall" prompt appears.
