Root Can't unzip stock rom, please help!

I have downloaded and even unzipped the file "CI510_VZW_EP4_ALL_ONE-LTE-CP_REV03_user_CL706183_ship.tar" but now can't get it to unzip to a md5 file for use in ODIN. I swear I did it before, but can't find the file on my computer and need/want to go back to stock and take the OTA upgrade. I'm using WinRar as the unzipping program. All it does is unzip all of the files, but not into one md5 file?

You likely don't need to unzip it. Just open that .tar file in odin. Flash images don't have to be md5 files to work in odin. They can be .tar files too.
