Help Can't update or install "most" apps

For the last couple of weeks, I can't seem to update most apps in the app store. Some will update, most will not. Today, I tried installing some apps via side loading and they would not install either.

I'm rooted using Unrevoked 3, I have Myn

Basically, most people fix this by either clearing the cache for the market in manage applications, or by unmounting the sdcard, installing something, then remounting the sdcard.

Thank you for leading me to that link, I tried clearing the cache, unmounting the SD card, that didn't work. This did:

Alright found a fix. I hooked my phone up to my computer, browsed to .android_secure and deleted the file 'smdl2tmp1.asec'. Problem solved
