Help Can't update PRL or Profile on HTC Hero

Hey guys and gals.

For the past couple of weeks I've been unable to
update my profile and prl on my Sprint HTC Hero.

When I click on them nothing happens.

I can still check for firmware and software updates.

Is this something that the Hero developers are done
doing??

No it should be working, I would simply call Sprint and have them refresh your system, I assume you are not rooted, so calling Sprint should not be an issue

Not rooted.

Actually had them refresh the phone twice.

Didn't help.

Quick update... I can't update Firmware, PRL or Profile. The only button that works is system update.

There are no firmware updates anyway. Unless you are saying you cannot even press the button.

As for the Profile and PRL problem, the only solution may end up being a factory reset. A good alternative would be is to root your Sprint HTC Hero and flash another HTC Sense UI ROM, like Liquid Sense 2.1, and then update your Profile and PRL there.
