Hello and welcome to Android Forums ehsan2!

It sounds as though your friend flashed a firmware for something other than his original CSC code. See #1.6 of the Jelly Bean update - Dummies Guide. This would explain why you cannot update via Kies and why the firmware does not match any of the O2 network branded releases.

Current firmware version: PDA:LPM/PHONE:LQ6/ CSC:LP8 (02U)

This is showing firmware LPM and CSC code O2U. Unless you particularly need O2 network firmware, I suggest flashing the unbranded UK firmware for Android 4.1.2, LSW...

... by carefully following the instructions in the links in #1.7 of the aforementioned Dummies Guide.
