Help Can't Update??

okay good news!! baseband is FIXED!
how i fixed it: found this http://androidforums.com/virgin-mobile-victory-4g-lte-all-things-root/745362-modem-backup-replace-your-modem.html, downloaded file, placed it on my SD card, then installed it with TWRP, and it changed my baseband back to L300VPAMC1.
Currently I am charging my phone a bit more before flashing no-props, will edit this post with update after i try that.
*EDIT* OKAY!!! It worked! what actually happened was i did the OTA update first, then used odin to re install TWRP. Next i flashed the no-props.zip and installed the VaeVictus MG5 kernel and allowed it to fix root. So far everything has been working like a charm
am about to flash the new Victorious ROM and be back to having a super cool phone B-)
Edit 2: Tried flashing victorious 0.3.1, and it gave me the message "E: unable to open zip file", followed by saying error unable to flash zip. will be posting this to the actual victorious update thread for help. searched through the posts there but couldn't find another report of this error, and yes i did wipe the caches and re download the update.
