Help cant use phone after installing wrong Gapps package

hi everyone, this is my first post here and i might consider myself as a newbie.
so i flashed my samsung galaxy s3 with a new rom, and everything worked just fine.
after that i added a gapps package, but i havent really checked what version i need to make it work.. so what happened is that right after the phone boots up there are messages popping telling me that goole play has stopped, or google newstamd and more google apps, one after another, without letting me use the phone .
after a few minutes the phone freezes and requires me to restart and the same thing goes again.
how can i manage to remove the package without to flash the older rom?

You are going to have to flash the ROM again.

^^This . Do a clean flash of the rom again, this will give you a clean slate to work with.
Then find the right gapps for your Android version (the android version of your rom) and flash them. Clear dalvik cache and reboot

it means that i need to flash the rom using odin on pc right? but the phone wont appear on the pc and neither in odin... how can i flash the rom ?
