Help Can't view multimedia..

I am having problems viewing attachments through SMS after I performed the 2.3 update. Has anybody else having this problem? I do use a different viewing program. Is there a way to select the factory photo viewer to see if that may help?

I'm using QuickPic. I've had this program installed for a while now, it worked great on 2.2. If a friend sends me a pic it shoes the thumbnail, however when I press to view the screen goes black. I can click to save it and then get out and view it.
 
I'm using quickpic too and haven't had this problem. I'm also using handcent. Are you using the stock text app?

If you want to try the stock viewer, I'm assuming you set quickpic as your default, from the mainscreen tap menu-settings-applications-manage-look for quickpic then tap it and clear default.
